Printed Label Ordering Process



  • Quote Request

    Contact us and request a quote via email or through our online form. All requests are replied to within one business day by one of our sales representatives.

  • Digital Proof

    We provide you with a digital proof for your approval. Careful and thorough review of the digital proof is a MUST before signing off for production.

  • Production

    We start production after your approval and deposit. Production typically takes about 7-9 business days. Expedite service available!

  • Shipping

    We ship production out per your shipping instructions after balance is paid.



Our minimum is 2,000 pcs for printed labels. Please note that as quantity increases, price per label decreases. Lower quantities can be a lot more expensive overtime. Please contact on of our sales reps for more information.

Our printed labels for garments and clothing are 100% custom-made to your design. So, the price depends on the size, quantity, colors and your desired turnaround time. There is not a separate set-up charge.

Yes, we can do size and color splits within your ordering quantity for an additional fee. Please talk to one of our sales reps to see how we can accommodate your needs.

No, we only provide you with sewing ready labels.

Yes, but there is a dye charge for any custom color other than the stock material available. Satin printed labels only come in black and white background. For cotton twill and canvas, they are a natural beige color. Tyvek comes in a basic white color.

Yes, there are some shapes that are just not production-friendly, but we would work with you to make your design dreams come true. Please note that for any die cut labels, there is an extra charge.

Production takes about 6-10 business days. We don't usually sample heat transfer labels, printed labels or hang tags since they are printed per your digital art proof. We can send you free, general samples that we have produced in the past so that you can test them on your garment. If you need custom samples per your design, please note there is a sampling fee and additional turnaround time.

No, unless you are ordering a custom dye or die cut shape.

Yes, we don't guarantee a 100% match due to the differences in materials, but we come very, very close. The best way is to provide us with Solid Coated or Uncoated PantoneTM color codes to be matched to your design.

The best place to start is by looking at other garments and the folds/finishes you like in those. Next, talk to the person sewing your labels in. Different folds are priced differently so there may be financial considerations to take into account..
