Yes. We can do size and color splits within your ordering quantity. There is an extra charge for splitting the order up between different sizes and colors and will not be considered a whole new order. However, in heat transfer labels each size would be considered a whole new order, since the artwork need a whole new plate setup. One option is to purchase heat transfers with the logo and buying separate stock size tabs to sew on the seam. Please talk to one of our sales rep to see how we can accommodate your needs.

When selecting clothing labels, the sewing application will depend mainly on the fold (or lack thereof). Below are descriptions and charts describing the different types of folds. In some cases, your sewing contractor may charge a different price for one type of fold over another, that is, If you are not sewing these on yourself. This difference in price might play a role in your decision process.

Straight Cut or Heat Cut

No Folds. Straight cut labels are usually sewn on on two or all four sides.

End Fold

Folded down on the left and right side to create a softer edge.

Center Fold

Folded in the middle and usually sewn into a seam. Center fold labels can also be used for sleeve and hem labels.

Center End Fold

Folded in the middle and ends. Mainly used on the outer hems of tops or pockets on pants. There is an additional charge for this fold.

Manhattan Fold

Similar to a centerfold label, except the top of the label is folded down, creating a flap to tuck the bottom fold into. There is an additional charge for this fold.

Mitre Fold

The ends are folded under and up, creating a tab to be sewn into a seam. There is an additional charge for this fold.

Die Cut

Sangam Labels can cut your label to a custom shape of your choice. Die cut can be made on the outer shape as well as inside the label. There is an additional charge for this fold.

Overlock Stitch

Create a high quality woven patch with an overlock stitch on the rim of the woven label. Many brands use this overlock stitch on caps, clothing and bags.

Woven Labels: 3-4 days business days for samples and production takes 6-9 business days. Sampling is FREE! Expedite service available for sampling within 3 business days for 1500 Rupees. And for expedite production we can ship out within 3-4 business days at 1500 Rupees fee.

Printed Labels: Production takes about 6-10 business days. We don't usually sample heat transfer labels, printed labels or hang tags since they are printed per your digital art proof. We can send you free, general samples that we have produced in the past so that you can test them on your garment. If you need custom samples per your design, please note there is a sampling fee and additional turnaround time.

Hang Tags: 9 - 12 business days. Usually, we don't do sampling for printed labels and hang tags since they are printed per your digital art proof. However, if you need actual samples per your design, please note there is a sampling fee and additional turnaround time. We can also expedite your order for an additional charge of 2500 Rupees.

Heat Transfer Labels: 9-12 business days. We don't usually sample heat transfer labels, printed labels or hang tags since they are printed per your digital art proof. We can send you free, general samples that we have produced in the past so that you can test them on your garment. If you need custom samples per your design, please note there is a sampling fee and additional turnaround time.

Yes, We can deliver the hang tags to you with custom strings, ties, and/or pins attached if the order quantity is more than 25,000 pcs

Woven Labels: Minimum quantity starts at 1,000 pcs.

Printed Labels: Minimum quantity starts at 2,000 pcs.

Heat Transfer Labels: Minimum quantity starts at 5,000 pcs.

All of our printed labels use flexographic ink which does not wash off or fade after only a few uses. There is a cheaper process called "hot stamping" and we do not use this process. Many other label companies use the cheaper method of printing, so be aware.

For best and quick results, the format can be provided in .CDR or .PDF or .JPG. We can also work with high resolution JPG files or Photoshop files.

Make sure your text fonts are outlined as this will ensure your text to be printed or woven clearly and accurately. There are many YouTube tutorials that show how to outline your text in your artwork.

Yes. Although we cannot match 100% due to material differences and limitation on stock colors, we can come very close. Please provide us with pantone color codes, and we can match it in printed labels, woven labels, boxes, cartons, and hang tags. We can also dye yarns to match the colors you want in woven labels, if the ordering quantity is high volume. For woven labels, even without dying the yarn, our 1,000 different shades of threads come very close to your desired colors.

We will respond to your e-mail within 24 hours after receipt of your e-mail. In most cases, we respond within the same business day. If you do not hear from us in this time frame, please give us a call as there a delivery error may have occurred.

Once you have your artwork you can submit your artwork and info on-line using our Quote Request Form. Our sales rep will e-mail you an order estimate within 0-1 business day.

No. We only produce the clothing labels. We can ship the labels to you directly or to your manufacturer or sewing contractor at your request.
